Are you conventionalized?

At Dentique, we invest in modern dental equipment and strive to provide top quality care. Because of these reasons, we are not conventionalized.

I am coming to your practice for the first time, what should I bring?

Your electronic identity card and a bank card. Before the consultation, please complete the medical questionnaire using the link provided in the confirmation email of your appointment.
If you have been referred by another dentist, we ask that you email the referral letter and recent radiographs to info@dentique.be.

What means of payment are accepted in practice?

For security reasons, we prefer payment by bank card. Cash payments and wire transfers we like to keep to a minimum.

I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment.

This can be done by phone (03 318 00 60) or email (info@dentique.be). Please notify 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not give timely notice or are not at the appointment, we will be forced to charge ourselves for the scheduled treatment time.

How much does my treatment cost?

After the thorough examination of your teeth, a treatment plan will be drawn up by the dentist or periodontist in consultation with you. This treatment plan includes a step-by-step plan, as well as a price estimate. This will give you a clear idea of the cost of the treatments and you will also know whether or not the mutual insurance company will intervene.

How do I fix my refund?

The practice immediately sends the certificate for reimbursement electronically to your health insurance company. Therefore, you no longer need to provide a certificate to your health insurance company. The mutual insurance company will automatically make the reimbursement a few days after your consultation.

Can I come by public transportation?

Our practice is easily accessible by bus and streetcar. Streetcar stops Antwerp Bres (streetcar line 1) and Antwerp Museum (streetcar line 4) are within walking distance. The nearest bus stops are Antwerpen Bestorming (bus line 13/14) and Antwerpen Graaf Van Hoornestraat (bus line 180/181/182/183). There is also a Velo Antwerp bike station nearby.

Is there parking available?

There is plenty of parking in the immediate vicinity of the dental office. Please always allow for possible delays due to traffic jams or searching for parking. In addition, most places have paid parking. You can also park your car in Q Park Steendok under Waalsekaai. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the practice.

What should I do with an urgent emergency or severe toothache?

Please contact us by phone during working hours on 03 318 00 60. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible. During weekends and on holidays or bridge days, please call the on-call service at 09 033 99 69. They can be reached between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
