Implantology: A solution for tooth loss
Losing a tooth is anything but nice, but unfortunately sometimes there is no other way out than a tooth extraction. At Dentique, we address this with a dental implant. No one can tell the difference!
Radiology/CBCT scan
Before we place a dental implant, we take a 3D scan of the jaws to check whether there is enough bone. We also investigate whether there is any inflammation or other teeth and jaw related problems that we need to address first for safe implant placement.
Bone augmentation and sinus lift
After tooth extraction, the gums and bone in that area shrink. This is normal, but in some cases there is not enough bone left to place the implant. Our periodontist rebuilds the bone so that there is sufficient volume. We do this in the upper jaw using a sinus lift.
Placement of an implant
A dental implant consists of a titanium artificial root that we place in the bone. Our experienced implantologist works under the most sterile and hygienic conditions and with high-quality implant systems. So you can be sure of 100% safe treatment: functionally as well as aesthetically.
